Area is developing since last 4/6 years rapidly, and almost all the required facilities available in within 3/4 km reach including Schools, Hospitals, colleges and many IT/corporate offices,Due to Lake proximity and recent lake rejuination work many birds spices including migratory birds you can see around appartment . Green View is having all basic amenities and good place to stay .Recent days traffic is concern going towards Belandur, b ut Road widening work is in progress and may improve in comming months .
The society is accessible to all the major tech parks in bangalore. Nearby shops are also available for daily needs. Collect at gate by security, walking space around the society, pre approved visitors entry are really helpful. Visitor parking space can be improved as sometimes it becomes difficult to park visitor's vehicles. Overall a very nice stay in recent times. Edit (after one year stay): There is a huge demand for water in the society. Every day you can find mud and stones in the bathing water. On most of the days there wont be flush water available. You can find worms in the water even though if it is cleaned regularly. There is no corporation water available.
Nice looking apparent located on kempapura yemaluru road. It is located at perfect place near top in town shop and other local shops. So, you will easily get daily need items hear. Marathalli and bellandur are on equal distance from this apparent. It has a parking lot for residents.
Easy access to all near by tech parks. Awesome connectivity where ever you want to go
Its a good place, developing slowly. Commutation is the only problem at the moment. Hoping this will be fixed soon.
