In the previous comments mentioned that we won't get water in 4th flood and also oc and cc not available for the appartment, please clarify does those issues resolved now?
Nice, peaceful colony for families to stay. Very close to main road and Bellandur-Sarjapura signal. Best thing is the proximity to Kaikondrahalli lake, which is a popular place for morning walks.
An Excellent apartment proximity to IT offices , malls, hospitals, schools, lake, in a prominent location on Sarjapur road, transportation facilities, restaurants etc., well maintained, most of the facilities available.
Situated close to all the basic necessities of daily life, Ventilated well and lit bright during the nights as well, Has about 52 flats in the building with all the amenities.
Good Location and Apartment is close to Sarjapur Main road and it's about 1.4km from Wipro and 2.8km from Ecospace (Bellandur).
