A strategically located apartment complex which is quite affordable in the area and offers great living opportunity at reasonable rates - both rent-wise and buying-wise.
I have been living in this apartment for over 15 years, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. The community is safe, peaceful, and well-maintained. The management has always been approachable and responsive whenever needed. Although its an old building it still stands strong and will for many more years to come.

This was my first house in Bengaluru, has a special place in my heart. I bought this apartment in 2002 and it's rock solid. Golden gate properties has made it very efficiently. Unmatchable location and has a very nice aura of a soothing abode. Close to almost every amenity one can dream about.
