This society is trash. They interfere too much with bachelor's life. The society secretary makes it his personal job to harras bachelors.
Pathetic society – avoid at all costs. Maintenance is absurdly high (~₹6k for 2BHK) with no working amenities, pool/gym dysfunctional most of the year, plumber and electrician act as a mafia despite being on societies payroll. A common practice of Electrician to cut the light randomly of any flat and later ask money to change a switchover which he would only bring. mobile network is dead inside flats, and cats roam freely with zero control disrupting the morning milk supply for everyone. Bachelors are harassed, restriction on food delivery at 10pm, and landowners broker (permesh***) acts like goon—good luck ever getting your deposit back (though police complain gets u the refund). Generator backup is a nightmare—the fluctuating power frequently damages appliances, but management refuses to fix it citing “lack of funds.” Except for location, there is nothing good here and thats the reason flats remain empty or get empty very frequently with 5 to 6 new tennats coming and leaving every month.....suncity is way better than this...
Basic society with almost zero amenities as the gym and swimming pool is non functional throughout the year. maintenance charges are as high 5.5k for 2bhk.... mosquitoes due to bellandur lake, cats within the society and poor electricity backup are challenges for peaceful living...due to this rent are lower around 25k per month (plus maintenance) though local brokers try to sell as high as 32 to get more brokerage...better to get directly from owner
Very good community to stay with family. There are 5 building blocks, total around 400 flats. There are few sports facilities like batminton, basketball, walking trails, swimming pools etc. Good location and very near to outer ring road. Flats are specious and good light and ventilation. The society is well managed, there is no issue of water availability. Backup generator works well, and there is no water logging during monsoon.
A bit old in terms of society age. Location wise excellent. Everything available within walking distance be it laundry, grocery, schools, tailor etc. Pool and gym inside society. Good ventilation due to the forest area/greenery behind. Mosquito issues during summer. Can be resolved with a simple net. Good walking space in society. Rent is normally around 24k as of now for a 2bhk. It's best for rentals.
