Be careful while taking flat for rent here. Lot of flats are there with landowners share and they were managed by property managers and brokers. As the flats are old, lot of maintenance issues comes and none of the cost will be borne by these owners. They will not give back the security deposit also while vacating.
Lake restoration work all night with noisy dumpers. The place is full of dust. Exorbitant rent with no eateries nearby. Think before renting or owning a home.

Amenities including club house, swimming pool and kids play area, with open space which can be used as football or cricket play ground Spacious homes, manh IT parks closeby at walking distance. Yulu cycle stand right outside Euphoria making commute easy till road Uber, Ola, quickride options easily available
The flats are spacious. Parking is covered, but can be in tight spots depending on where you get it. Calm and peaceful location since this is little far from Outer Ring Road. This makes it very attractive. One down side is the bellandur lake which smells during some seasons. Overall a good place to stay.
