Embassy Pristine is a premium residential community known for its greenery, peaceful surroundings, and modern design. The apartments are spacious and well planned, with plenty of natural light, and the amenities like the clubhouse and swimming pool add to the overall comfort. It offers a great blend of luxury, quality construction, and a calm lifestyle in a well-maintained environment.
Exclusive community with who’s who of Bangalore staying here. 14.5 acres, only 424 apartments, minimum one is 2666 sft- so certain pedigree of people stay here. Very active community, surrounded by lake and forest.
I lived there for a few years and the community is great! Many people everywhere and it very lively. There are not many mosquitoes because the lake almost doesn’t exist as it is dried up.
Well designed spaces, lot of landscaping- lush greenery, premium facilities like rooftop swimming pool, high end gym, grocery store, salon, great club house and party areas etc. all within the community. Very premium gated community - the photos says it all ;)

The air stinks near Bellandur lake, the most polluted lake in Bangalore. Water is highly contaminated, severe mosquito problem. skin diseases are common in this area.
