Eden garden at prestige city is good project. They have incredible club house and swimming pool. It is fully operational. It is a dense project. I think it has only 2bhk & 1bhk. One remit of this project is for 7 flats each floor it has only 2 lifts & 1 service lift.

Visited my friends house there and found it to be a congested space, it’s a concrete jungle , no green space , parking is also very small and it’s difficult to park big SUV and sedans. Overall it is not what people were expecting

Good place to invest. But price is little high for compact space Mumbai like Appartments. But surely the prices will rice here and it comes with lots of amenities. Form mall is expected to come inside this.
