I stayed here as a tenant for 2 years. The owner was the president or kind of an important person amongst the society members. He did not respect space. He and his wife used to come unannounced and once his wife even went into my room without asking to check for modifications. Absolutely disliked this behaviour. He also would not listen and only speak his part. Flat has water issues, sunlight issues, mold issues, security guards sleep at night and even if you make all kinds of noise, they might not wake up. I have often seen them consuming intoxicated stuff, maybe due to that they are in deep sleep mostly. While I left as the owner lied that his brother would come and stay rather than tenants. But eventually got to know he wanted increased rent and we were only agreeing to pay as per rent agreement. Never received a penny back from the deposit though. Anyways overall not good experience
Rented (14000/- pm) in 2010, where there were no buildings in front of DSR. on Sunday's fishermen caught and sold fish from the Iblur lake Talapia(40/-) and Rohu(100/-). It was peaceful and the walk, on unpaved road, from ORR after sunset was a bit scary. Visited the place now after 10 years and its totally changed, with new constructions blocking the sun and view. One more paradise lost
