DNR Arista

Super bad quality, this is one the worst projects of DNR. Very poor finishing inside the apartment , doors are misaligned, layout is bad, balconies are shoved inside the aprtment walls with poor tiling and fencing.wooden flooring is already coming out. Common areas is extremely dirty , poor finishing , poor painting of exterior walls. Overall, don't recommend to buy this as it comes with a hefty price quoting location but inside is an ultimate disappointment. I regret buying.

Premium Property in Bellandur.. One of the Sustainable Green Building designed that way with natural light, airy, large windows and balconies. DNR has ensured to provide Premium features and services.. There's a positive energy all around.. Clearly one of the most sought out of residential places.. Very accessible from both Sarjapur and ORR side, without noise or pollution issues.. Love living here

I bought a house here , a 3BHK. I am currently living here and this my experience. Construction is of good quality. You need any help BOTH the builder and the maintenance folks are ready to help. They are a bit costly and just because it's a new society the sevice folks like maid and cooks charge you a bit more. The open space is quite spacious and beautiful wind blows in the evening. The homes are designed with ventilation in mind. I am very gratefult to DNR for maintaining it nicely. Loads of plants are being planted in the common areas. And the club house is not completed but looks amazing already. The rooms have lots of light and common areas in the house are very spacious if you plan your furniture and not crowd the house. Lastly my family loves the apt , specially my kid so I am happy here.

DNR Arista is a premium property at a prime location in Bellandur. They recently inaugurated the clubhouse as well with all amenities, including swimming pool, badminton, squash, table tennis, pickleball. The entire property is very well designed. Devjani, Tapti, Shiva, Sowmya have been very helpful throughout the booking process. Great going DNR Arista!
