The building is really old and needs lots of maintenance. As per what I have heard its about 20 years old. The flats are in really bad state. You will end up spending a lot in maintenance which your flat owner will deny to reimburse as it is your responsibility the moment you step in. The water quality is really poor. The salt content is so high that you will notice the smell and skin irritation soon. Even water plant is not able to reduce the water salt levels of the tanker water. Our flats geyser stopped working within 6 months of moving in due to poor water quality. The owner didn’t pay for it and it end up costing us 3.5k. The maintenance is very high for the quality of amenities. There is only a small clubhouse with TT table (which is imbalanced), swimming pool (empty since I came), gym (requires extra subscription fee lol). The society manager is there for help but is biased towards some issues. The society is on ORR and is road facing so you will constantly have the noise of vehicles honking in the background (especially the first block). The area outside is covered in dust and is almost like a desert due to construction happening in all directions. There are no proper footpaths around. The only advantage is proximity to office and bus stand.
Not a tenent -Good society,Neat enough,they even cleaned elevators during covid on residents demand obviously, wierd neighbours , I don't like their courier restrictions, small pool,very small playground, gym. Near many it companies - so good location , not to into the city so inner city is far.
Property location: 5 star, Swimming pool: If you can swim without water (1 star) Gym: Need to pay extra, better go to cult (1 star) Beware of high deposits. Our owner looted us when we left. We stayed in 12M.
A very good apartment for people working nearby. Easy access to all the tech parks. Apartment is very well maintained and totally worth the maintenance amount paid. Has 24x7 power backup and tank water supply. I would definitely recommend this place.
Good Apartment. It has around a hundred apartments. It has a nice society. There is plenty of space for walking and jogging inside the apartment complex. Gym is also available, but it is not very well equipped. A pool is also there but it is pretty small. There's a play area for children available. Security does a good job. Plumber and electrician also do a good job.
