Avoid renting here at all costs. I’ve lived in two different flats in this property, and both experiences were equally terrible. The rent is ridiculously high considering the poor maintenance and the aging condition of the building. The lift is unreliable and unsafe—you could literally get stuck for hours. The flats themselves are dark, with almost no natural light, making the living experience quite depressing. Owners too don’t paint the flat for new tenants but cut painting charge from ex tenants stating it’s standard. The owners act polite and helpful only until you’re paying rent. Once you decide to vacate, things turn ugly. Getting back even a portion of your security deposit becomes a frustrating and exhausting battle. On top of that, they engage in shady practices like taking part of the rent in cash and refusing to provide full rent receipts, clearly indicating tax evasion. Overall, this place is not worth the stress, money, or risk. Stay away.

Instead, visit the place in person to assess whether it’s truly suitable for family living. With rapid urbanization, Bangalore has become increasingly chaotic, and rental prices have skyrocketed. A standalone 3BHK apartment that should reasonably be around ₹25K per month is now being rented for ₹40K–₹50K. The high demand for homes near office hubs—mainly to avoid unbearable traffic—has led to inflated rents, but is it really worth it? Prospective tenants should carefully evaluate multiple factors before committing. This apartment lacks essential amenities such as Corporation water supply, a children’s play area, and proper security. Additionally, the surrounding areas are poorly maintained, with overgrown trees leading to waterlogging during monsoons—a perfect breeding ground for diseases like malaria and dengue. If, after considering these points, you still choose to rent here—good luck!
