The best place in banglore for residential, cool, calm and lots of greenery , I am in love with this place

The society itself is quite spacious and has great physical infrastructure. However, the management and security are unfortunately not resident-friendly. I've heard from multiple people that the association office team can be quite arrogant and unhelpful. It's a shame that the poor management detracts from what could otherwise be a great place to live.

I would not recommend anyone to move into this society, having many capabilities but the association is selfish and does not manange anything instead acts like a jailor. Many unnecessary rules and bachelors are seen as alien as if they live freely without paying rent and are discriminated with jackass rules like no guests even family members are not allowed. They have dogs in the society which is risky and unwanted fines for everything. It was a menace to live here for one year. On the contrary i had good experience with nearby Brigade plumeria even though the same society , same builder but that society felt peaceful just because that had good committee members who worked for the society and were not selfish, discriminatory on language or region. Security guard talks rudely as if they are doing us a favour, you have to so proof of residence everytime you try to enter the society.

Visited this township today, and it’s undoubtedly a well-planned community with numerous amenities. I noticed a hospital, clinics, banks, play areas, badminton courts, grocery stores, and more—definitely catering to a modern lifestyle. However, a visitors’ area for waiting (especially for those needing OTP verification) was notably absent, which could improve the convenience for guests. Additionally, introducing shuttle services or buggies within the premises would make commuting easier, especially given the vast expanse of the property. While Brigade has done a good job overall, there’s room to enhance the customer experience—perhaps taking inspiration from Sobha for a more seamless and thoughtful approach.

Beautiful place in middle of Brigade Meadows Apartments. Basil is basically 2Bhk apartment, with all modern facilities, lovely garden, play area and ample of parking. The place is clean and we'll maintained.

Hi All.... Writing this review so one else gets fooled by Brigade group. I have reached out to their customer care multiple times but I didn't receive any response. Hence sharing my experience here. I picked up a flat in Brigade Plumeria Lifestyle and it was handed over to me in Dec 2020 and post interior work I moved in Aug 2021. Below mentioned are the issues I am facing and Brigade has declared they won't support. 1. They didn't pay the property tax till the handover date and I had to clear the pending tax during khata transfer. I am supposed to get a reimbursement of this and its been more than 12 months since I am following up and there is no response from them. 2. They have done a pathetic quality of work on flooring which hasn't lasted even for a year. The filling between the marbles has come out. They placed damaged marbles at the corners of the room and masked it with polish so it wasn't visible during the handover. Now that polish has gone out all the damages are clearly visible. Gum of the wooden flooring has come out and when complained about these things they said during handover everything was alright so we cant do anything about this which means validity of their work is not even 2 years. 3. They told us there is a beautiful natural water body in the society and contributing to beautiful landscape. Now the same water body has become drainage naala and also stinks and they aren't doing anything about it. Basically they mislead the buyers by hiding the fact that they don't have any control over this water stream. I have attached few pictures for your reference. Please think twice before buying a property with Brigade.

Reason for No Rental Available because Practically Respect is not available to Tenants over there. The people who are Owners over there thinks themselves as GOD, but they are not. They don't deserve respect. They don't have proper rulebook just makes Non-Sense Rules and says to follow it.

Brigade Meadows, They don't have respect towards bachelors and Family who are reside there as tenants. All the information from Shifting Purpose etc. Everything only will be communicated to owner only. No respect towards Tenants.

That is a awesome Apartment built with world class amenities. When I say amenities it’s not just the cricket pitch or just swimming pool it’s of the full ground with the pitch, big football ground etc. Just the amenities are of 10 Acres so you can imagine the level of the amenities. Also it has all the daily essentials available inside the society along with CCD, Bank, Hospital, Schools etc.. Great place.
