Recently i visited my sister staying in bren paddington. I was very much impressed by its well maintained gardens, common areas and cleaniless.One of the best highlight is swimming pool which is clean , spacious and was open all the time.Kids had lot of fun. I have seen the apartments where swimming pools are not maintained and closed for many days . Gym was also great. A great community and place to live in...
I'm generally not someone who writes reviews, but I felt this society deserves one.I have been living here for quite some years and my experience living here has been great. The connectivity is one of the biggest advantages — of this apartment - very near to major tech parks in ORR, great hospitals and schools nearby, which is great saver for my family and all daily necessities are all easily accessible.Centrally located yet peaceful. The society is well-maintained with good construction quality , and in all the years I've been here, I have never faced any seepage issues, which is a huge plus compared to many other properties i have lived before . Good amenities , well-connected and hassle-free place to live in.
A regular visitor to this society, its well maintained. Ample Visitors parking. It not on the main road but located just 100 meters away, gives access to both sarjapur road and bellandur.
The society is split into 2 sides, one side has all the 2bhk and one side all the 3bhk. You have to cross a road where trucks etc regularly to go the other side. The one with 2bhk has all the amenities like swiming pool, gym etc. The 3 bhk is like a stand alone building. With this they think it's ok to ask for 5L deposit for a semi furnished flat 🤣
It's a very nice place and the play area is also great. Well maintained swimming pool. Proper security for all the places. One biggest draw back is no cellphone reception and talking in phone is a very very very big problem from here. A simple and function gym is also available. The community is good with celebration during all festivals and special events.
