Banyan Tree Apartment is a well-planned residential community with a pleasant environment and excellent amenities. The complex offers a wide range of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, landscaped gardens, lawn areas, a beautiful pond, children's play area, clubhouse, cricket practice nets, and dedicated walking tracks. The premises are well maintained and provide a comfortable lifestyle for families and professionals alike. One of the biggest advantages of this apartment complex is its strategic location, with easy access to many major IT companies and multinational corporations in and around Bangalore. Daily necessities, schools, hospitals, and shopping facilities are also conveniently accessible. The community atmosphere is friendly, and the overall ambience is peaceful and secure. A great place to live for those seeking a balance of comfort, recreation, and connectivity.
Please beware of one team of brokers Pawan Sankehswari managing flats AG3 and AG01 since they are just a bunch of fraud people and looting the tenants with high rents w/o any facilities even basic ones like fan repairs. Society as such lacks proper maintenance , only the rents and flat rates are over hypes here. Very basic society, rents are too high , not worth the hype. Plumbing issues occur every month . Ground floor flats are facing water seepage issues in all the walls. High maintenance charges as well . Would not recommend to rent out above 20K per room or 55K for whole flat. Having styed in BT for 5 yrs this is my honest review.
Great and well thought out design. The fact that your children, senior citizens and every one else can walk all round the apartments without the fear of vehicles hitting you is a boon not available even in very top end apartments
Update: This is my latest review after been living here for 9+ months. There were a few problems earlier with water supply but it seems that finally management took some action on it and it has been resolved. Location is quite interesting as some of the biggest tech parks in are at walking distance. It's close to outer ring road but not too close so that you get bothered by all the traffic. The place is well maintained and all the facilities are available nearby. Although there are some monkeys nearby who will surprise you now and then. Some of the facilities here are : swimming pool, Table Tennis, a moderate gym, playing area for kids, a well maintained interior garden, half basketball court and a good view of Bangalore skyline from the terrace.
Got a swimming pool,nice quiet surroundings,childrens park,walkways,club,gym,squash court and is secure.
