I think they have cramped alot of towers inside a rather small area.Most of the clubhouse amenities need an app to be opened,which is quite a headache.Especially since to creating account part isn't very straightforward.And little kids might find it difficult to enter some places without their parents' help.The range of amenities is less and I think it's not adequate to service every resident.There are only 2 lifts that are both cubic, can make accommodation of cycles and comfortable transportation of residents difficult.Rectangular lifts would be better where the length was enough to fit a cycle and everyone could stand on one side of the rectangular lift and no one would have to be cramped in the center.Also 2 passenger lifts for 29 floors with 6 flats each can make transportation to downstairs very difficult.Because of the huge amount people,alot of vehicles and residents move by in the paths.Making cycling around the towers difficult too.
Visited the project and was surprised to know that such a large scale project does not have piped gas connection, wonder how the occupants who have taken hand over are managing with the present crisis and the initiative of the government to handover LPG connections and switch to piped gas!!!
Club house has good amenities, however open space is very less. There ia no one good park where kids can play and elders can sit. There is one very small park with green grass. Kids play area is also not very big for such high rise apartment. Only sitting area are around swimming pool, yet it's not adequate. It should have had more open space.
