The place is good with almost all latest amenities. But the construction quality is not good. Many houses within one year have started showing issues. Wooden flooring in master bedroom, switches, leaking problems and many others. The promises that builder and land owner made to flat owners are also false in many cases. They have a court case in progress which they did not disclose to buyers. There are some issues going with Adarsh as well. Assetz management isn't helpful, when asked they just dodge these questions and they are just waiting for society handover and run away. Edit: Flooring was fixed after 8 months with old wooden tiles taken out from other flat. The flooring still bad with gaps in it. Khata transfer process is still pending, their management does not reply at all. You keep crying, pleading, complaining about issues, they don't give a damn about it. I have never seen such a customer unfriendly company. They are just there to make false promises. While selling they said that we will help in everything, now when you email them, call them they save your number and don't reply. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Kaveri water connection is another issue. We haven't got Kaveri water connection, they did not do that and left after their 2 years tenure is over. New society is in mess because of their irregularities. They don't have courage to have open hall or all hands meeting.
A very well maintained society with all modern amenities like swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, football ground, badminton and squash court as well. It has some decent markets around. All in all it's a pretty good society.
