Key Allegations and Legal Status Encroachment Claims: Activists and local residents have alleged that the Prestige Group is constructing the township illegally adjacent to the Sarjapura Doddakere Lake. Buffer Zone Violations: Claims suggest the project is within 10 metres of the lake, allegedly violating High Court and National Green Tribunal (NGT) mandates for a 30-metre buffer zone. Precautions for Buyers: We are aware how bangalore will flood due to this poor infrastructure. Check the prestige city spine road. From spin road see how many meters it is going down. All top notch amenities like football turf, basketball, swimming pool, jacuzzi, mini theatre, gym, squash court, badminton court, Tt, snooker, posh big party hall, terrace party hall, spa, souna rooms for men and women, spa rooms, senior citizen park, pet park, garden corner, open gyms are present. The villa looks beautiful in the sunset.
