Small, no football pitch. Decent clubhouse. Don't like this aprtment so much

We are a retired professor couple who chose this project to settle in Bengaluru after retirement and invested our lifetime savings here with the hope of spending the next phase of our lives peacefully. At the time of booking, we had requested a couple of minor layout adjustments which the sales team verbally agreed to discuss with the technical team. Unfortunately, these requests were never documented properly and despite multiple follow-ups through visits, calls, and emails, the matter kept getting delayed. Recently, we were informed that these minor alterations can only be done on additional payment. This was quite disappointing because earlier there was no mention of extra charges and the requests were made while construction work and staff were still available on site. We also pointed out a design concern in the kitchen area where placing a refrigerator blocks the passage to the pooja room. The technical team mentioned that it should have been noticed earlier. However, at that time the apartment was being used as a storage area for construction materials and items for upper floors, so the actual layout and space constraints were not clearly visible. I also tried to explain that when reputed vehicle manufacturers come across certain manufacturing defects or faults, they often call back vehicles to rectify them in the interest of customer satisfaction and safety. Similarly, such genuine concerns raised by customers should ideally be looked into constructively. As senior citizens relocating to Bengaluru and having invested our life savings in this property, we expected better post-sales support and communication from such a reputed builder. We sincerely hope the management takes note of these concerns and improves the customer experience for homeowners.

My overall experience with the Adarsh Developers Sales Team has been excellent. In particular, Yeteendra C from the Sales team was exceptionally supportive and professional throughout the engagement.

Excellent apartment, spacious and close to ORR. Walking distance to ecoworld, full of greenery.

Submerges heavy rains and full traffic area

I had a very very pleasant experience with the team on my site visit... They were extremely patient in explaining each and every detail.. I booked a 3 BHK, and they were extremely helpful in providing all the documents that were asked by my lawyer during the legal verification.. I had an interaction with Mr. Monfort during the initial booking process and both of them were extremely helpful in clarifying all the doubts i had, Mr. Monfort even helped arrange calls with banks for the loan approval process and was very prompt in replying to every question asked. The later half of the process including the sale agreement was dealt with by Mr. Srirama and the overall process was very smooth and very efficient.
